Meat Lovers:
Farm fresh scrambled eggs; your choice of 3 meats (scrapple, grilled sausage patties, smoked ham or crisp bacon); Southern breakfast potatoes; toast and English Muffins with jelly and butter


Omelet Station:
Farm fresh eggs, cooked to order and to your liking. Station includes green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, ham, and Swiss and American cheeses. Also includes Southern breakfast potatoes. (Minimum - 40 people)
